We had an incredible experience at the FCM conference earlier this month! It was a pleasure speaking with CAOs, City Managers, and elected officials about their needs to modernize municipal workflows. From digital permitting and work orders to citizen engagement portals and beyond, CityReporter is excited to support municipalities in their journey toward more efficient and effective operations. What an incredible experience at the recent NYSBOC Conference! We were honored to present to everyone before lunch, sharing insights on digital permitting. It was truly inspiring to see so many passionate individuals gathered to discuss industry advancements and best practices.

Throughout the event, we engaged in meaningful discussions about streamlining processes, enhancing efficiency, increasing revenues, and, importantly, ensuring compliance with regulations. Exploring innovative solutions and leveraging cost-efficient technology to tackle compliance challenges was a central theme.

The opportunity to connect with fellow professionals and exchange ideas was invaluable. We left the conference feeling energized and motivated to continue pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in digital permitting and code enforcement.
